Jen is a highly skilled Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in Medical Surgical Critical Care. She has served in Critical Care units with a focus on transplant, hematology & oncology, general and acute care surgery, GI surgery, and vascular specialties. Additionally, she has held the position of Certified Nurse III for over 15 years, actively participating in multiple hospital-wide committees, conducting performance improvement initiatives, and overseeing chart reviews for hospital administration. During her tenure, she served as an interim hospital supervisor, managing nurse staffing and optimizing hospital flow and patient placement for over 5 years. Currently, she is transitioning into Legal Nurse Consulting, aiming to leverage her strong clinical expertise and comprehensive understanding of hospital operations to assist attorney clients in translating intricate medical data into actionable insights.
